**Position Overview:**

Role: Site Cleaner

Location: Warwick

Type: Temporary, ongoing

Hours: 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Morning: 7:00 am–3:00 pm | Evening: 3:00 pm–9:00 pm

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour (plus holiday pay, paid weekly)

As a Cleaner, your role will involve keeping designated areas spotless, sanitary, and inviting by performing essential tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces while adhering to established cleaning protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Clean and sanitise restrooms, offices, and shared areas to a high standard
• Dust and tidy furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain an orderly appearance
• Mop, vacuum, and care for floors to ensure they remain spotless
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and manage waste appropriately
• Clean glass surfaces, leaving windows and mirrors sparkling
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms as necessary
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to deliver consistent results

**Requirements:**

• Prior experience in cleaning is essential
• Strong attention to detail to maintain impeccable standards
• Efficient time management to complete tasks on schedule
• Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions
• Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and occasional heavy lifting
• Local residency or access to private transport (limited public transport; shuttle bus available from Leamington Spa train station)
• Commitment to Monday–Friday availability for the first three months with no pre-booked holidays
