We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leaders to join our client team

at ready meal site located in Newmarket.

Location: Newmarket

Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour

Training Rate: £12.94 per hour (during training period)

Shifts: Rotating shifts -06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 or

Tuesday till Saturday set AM shift– 06:00-14:00

Overtime is available during the week or weekend.30 min paid break,

all work clothing supplied onsite.

We are seeking motivated individuals to lead our client production team and help them maintain their reputation for high-quality products and efficient operations.

Job Overview:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for over seeing the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, and that production targets are met. You will start on the Multi Skilled rate of£12.94 per hour during the training period. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to the Team Leader role at a pay rate of £14.66per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff - around 10 staff members.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

• Coordinate and manage daily production activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work rotating shifts(06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
