We are seeking hard-working and experienced Chefs de Partie to join our team immediately at a hotel near Luton. This is a full-time role with weekly payment and ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Job Title: Chef de Partie (Full-time)
• Location: Near Luton
• Salary: Starting from £14.28 per hour + holiday accrual (12.07%) paid weekly
• Shifts: Long shifts, 5-6 days per week (usually 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
• Job Type: Full-time, ongoing position

Key Responsibilities

• Work in all sections of the kitchen to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality,
• presentation, and portion control
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential (à la carte experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Chef qualifications, own chef whites, and knife set required
• Dedication to food quality and control
• Must have own transport to commute daily to the site
