Are you a confident and organised administrator with excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a Call Center Administrator to join our team in a fully office-based role, handling client interactions exclusively over the phone – no face-to-face contact required!

Job Overview:

Role: Call Center Administrator - Office-Based Role

Location: Harlow

Hours: Full time. Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-min unpaid break) & Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (no break)

Pay rate: £12.08 per hour

Kay Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
  • Taking orders over the phone with accuracy
  • Resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and product faults
  • Managing customer complaints professionally
  • Using MS Office, internet, and email systems confidently

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Organised & able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
